Discovery call with Eli Priest, FNTP, RWP
Step 1
Deciding if our clinic can help you reach your health goals
  • First, you’ll connect with Jessa Smith, our new patient coordinator, to discuss your health concerns and goals, and any questions you may have about our clinic.
  • If you have clinical questions before deciding to schedule your first appointment, you can schedule a 20-minute discovery call with Eli Priest, FNTP, MRWP, one of our providers and patient care coordinator.
  • The goal of this first step is to make sure you have all the information you’re looking for before deciding to work with us, and that we’re a good fit for each other.
Step 2
Let’s get started with a 2-3 hr review of your health & then our recommendations for your personalized protocol
  • You’ve decided to work with us!
  • Your first appointment will be a Case Review with one of our providers. It will be a 2-3 hour appointment. During the first appointment, we’ll be discussing your health and wellness goals, your medical history, physical, mental and social factors, your environment, nutrition, and any other factors which may have impacted your health and wellness to this point.
  • We’ll also review any existing lab work you have and provide our insight into what we’re interpreting it to mean.
  • At the end of this appointment, we’ll discuss what we recommend your next steps to be along with any questions you may have.
  • This discussion will include what we recommend for your personalized protocol, including follow up appointments, therapies, and supplements.
  • This will include next steps for us to dig deeper with more lab work to identify all the root causes of your health concerns, and a personalized supplement plan to get you started.
  • The cost for this first appointment will be $997. This does not cover any supplements, therapies, or follow up lab work recommended.

Step 3
You choose how you’d like to proceed with our recommendations
  • If you choose to continue with our recommendations for your personalized protocol, we’ll schedule your follow up labs to be taken at our clinic, send you home with supplements, and get the rest of your supplements ordered through our website.
  • You’ll decide if you want to become a member to get a discount for services, therapies, labs, and supplements through a monthly membership.
  • This 6-month membership on average saves $600+ a month or $3,600+ over 6 months, compared with paying a la carte.
  • The membership is $575/mo.
  • If you don’t want the membership, you do have the option to pay a la carte.
  • The follow up labs typically cost between $4,000-$8,000, but could be more or less depending on factors unique to you and your case (financial capacity, goal/priorities, previous lab work, etc).
  • Follow up labs generally take 2-5 weeks to come back.
  • During this time, you’ll continue with the initial protocol and supplement plan that your provider made during the Case Review.
Step 4
It’s time to dig deeper with follow up lab work & a 1-2 hr lab review appointment
  • You’ve decided to do the follow up lab work.
  • When we get the lab results back, we’ll analyze and interpret the data, and reach out to you to schedule a lab review appointment.
  • During this 1-2 hour appointment, a provider will walk through a very detailed analysis of your lab results, providing insight and recommendations where necessary, and answering any questions you may have.
  • At the end of this appointment, the provider will revisit your personalized protocol and may recommend adjustments to your therapies and supplements, and frequency of follow up appointments.

Step 5
Continuing to support you in your journey towards greater health
  • We’re now supporting you during your recovery and helping you follow your personalized protocol.
  • This will include appointments with providers, scheduled therapy sessions in our clinic, follow up lab work when appropriate to monitor your progress, and adjustments to your personalized protocol as needed.
  • We have everything at our clinic to support your journey to greater health.

After being diagnosed with Lynch Syndrome, a gene mutation which increases chances of certain cancers, I went in to see Dr. Priest at his functional medicine practice. At my initial visit Dr. Priest was clearly educated towards my issue and listened about my family medical history. After some labs and another visit, I was put on a customized preventative protocol of various supplements. Any questions I have are answered quickly and Dr. Priest and his team make me feel part of their community. Highly recommend in2GREAT as they seem to get to the root cause and solve things other doctors can’t. If you are looking for an alternative medicine approach give them a try!
