What Vibrant’s ImmuneCheck test offers.

Vibrant’s COVID-19 panel is a highly sensitive and accurate serum assay for viral antibodies. This test was developed and validated according to FDA EUA requirements. The independent review of this validation by the FDA is pending. This test does not require confirmation by CDC prior to reporting results. Vibrant’s COVID-19 ImmuneCheck looks specifically for IgM, IgA, and IgG antibodies against the spike proteins and 4 viral antigens of COVID-19 that will help assess your immunity against this novel coronavirus.

Why Test COVID-19 Antibodies?

Antibodies have been found to be highly sensitive biomarkers in infectious disease diagnosis. Previous studies on SARS, MERS, and more recently the ones on SARS-CoV2 have shown IgM antibodies to appear about three days after infection and IgG antibodies appear after eight days.

Profiling an individual’s antibody response is the only way to determine infections with few or no symptoms.

Schedule your draw

Appointment times. Blood draw appointments can be scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8:30am and 1:00pm.

Plan ahead

Pre Screening. Pre-screening is required in order to conduct your visit. The following questions will be asked:

    • Have you had a temperature above 99.7 degrees Fahrenheit within the past week?
    • Have you had a cough within 48 hours?
    • Have you had shortness of breath or difficulty breathing within the past 48 hours?

Hydrate. Drink a few glasses of water before your appointment.

Eat. No fasting is required.

Be comfortable. Wear something cozy with a shirt sleeve that rolls up above your elbow.

After your appointment

Keep it clean. Blood draw site care is key. Keep your bandage on for 2-4 hours after your draw.

Next steps. Once we receive your test results, we’ll call you to schedule your virtual follow-up consultation with Dr. Priest. At that time, he will review your results with you and recommend next steps for your health and wellness.

Why is knowing my status important?

Knowing your status is crucial in helping you make smart decisions about protecting yourself and those around you, and having the information you need to be proactive with your health.

A positive test result lets you know if you’re potentially immune, or are currently in an active state of infection. Knowing this can help you determine how to monitor your health and when to stay away from high-risk individuals. How quickly will I receive my results?

Results should be available within 72-96 hours.

Once we receive results from your test, Dr. Priest will review them with you during your virtual follow-up appointment.

Why is the cost of your testing package higher than others in the area?

The Vibrant COVID-19 ImmuneCheck test is being offered to you at cost.

Meaning, we are not marking up the price of the test. Also included in the cost of the COVID-19 Test Package is a nominal blood draw fee to cover cost of time and supplies, as well as a 30 minute follow-up consultation fee.

It’s important that all test results are reviewed with Dr. Priest, who has been specifically trained how to interpret the test results accurately. This ensures that you are given a clear understanding of the results so that you can make the best decisions possible for your health moving forward.

Is this test similar to other tests such as mail-in tests?

Unfortunately not everyone offering COVID-19 testing is trustworthy.

Many other testing options available have a high rate of false-positive and false-negative results, which could put you and your family at risk. A recently published article from The Guardian explains why you should be critical of online ads offering testing kits that you return by mail.

Do you accept insurance or can I submit this to insurance?

Not at this time.

At this time, VibrantAmerica is unable to submit this test for payment by insurance. All payments must be made directly to in2GREAT at the time services are rendered in order to receive test results.

I think I might have coronavirus and I am showing symptoms, but my doctor or local health department says I do not meet criteria for being tested. Can I receive the test from you?


In order to protect our staff and patients, we are unable to test anyone who is currently showing any signs of illness. Pre-screening is required in order to conduct your visit, including a temperature reading. If you are experiencing symptoms, including fever, dry cough, or difficulty breathing, please refer to these CDC guidelines for what to do if you are sick.
