Ingredients

1 avocado sliced

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Juice from half a lemon (more if desired for thinner consistency and tangier flavor)

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried dill (or more if desired)

1 Tbsp dried parsley or ¼ c fresh chopped

1 tsp onion powder

¼ tsp sea salt

Pinch cayenne pepper

Directions:

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes or until desired consistency.

Add a water or lemon juice if for a thinner consistency.

Use as a salad dressing or dip for raw veggies

Use immediately or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
