Ingredients:

4 C raw almonds

4 tbsp coconut or olive oil, melted

1 tsp salt (+ 1 Tbs for soaking)

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

Directions:

Soak nuts in large bowl of purified water for 8-12 hours.  Drain water, strain nuts, and spread evenly on rimmed baking sheet. Preheat oven to 170 degrees or oven’s lowest temperature. Roast nuts until crispy, about 3-6 hours. When nuts are almost crispy, turn oven temperature up to 250 degrees. Remove nuts from baking sheet, return to mixing bowl with oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, return nuts to rimmed baking pan or cookie sheet and roast in oven for 1 hour.
