The Problem

Cancer cases are increasing

Cancer is on the rise worldwide, increasingly affecting younger populations and challenging conventional medical models. For decades, cancer has been viewed as a random enemy, an unlucky strike that suddenly appears in the body.

The conventional medical model focuses almost entirely on the seed: the tumor itself. Cancer Standard of care (SOC), established by conventional medicine, is aimed at removing, shrinking, or poisoning that tumor or the “seed” (and we might add, poisoning the rest of the body) through surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation.

While these treatments can be lifesaving, they often have a significant impact on the person’s overall health, AND these approaches are missing something BIG, the “soil,” the body’s internal terrain that allowed cancer to flourish in the first place. It’s like ripping out the weeds without attending to the environment in which they grow.

Rethinking Cancer Care: The Seed and Soil Approach

In this article – the first in our two-part series on Innovations in Cancer Care, we discuss how the body’s terrain (the soil) can allow cancer to grow. And how only focusing on the cancer tumor (the seed) is a flawed approach of conventional medicine.

The Solution

It starts with understanding Cancer’s hallmarks and pathways

Cancer is a complex disease, involving multiple biological processes that enable it to grow, evade destruction, and spread. At in2GREAT, we follow some key hallmarks, essentially, the strategies cancer cells use to survive and metastasize. We look at these hallmarks as guideposts. They tell us how cancer behaves, where the weak points are, and what we need to restore in the terrain.

These are called the hallmarks of cancer:

Essentially, the strategies cancer cells use to survive and expand.

  • Sustaining proliferative signaling—always telling themselves to grow.
  • Evading growth suppressors—ignoring the body’s brakes.
  • Resisting apoptosis—refusing to die when they should.
  • Enabling replicative immortality—becoming essentially “endless.”
  • Inducing angiogenesis—building new blood supplies to feed themselves.
  • Collapsed cell membrane potential—a breakdown of cellular electrical balance.
  • Activating invasion and metastasis—spreading beyond the original site.
  • Deregulating cellular energetics—the famous “Warburg effect,” where cells shift to fermentation for energy.
  • Avoiding immune destruction—hiding from the immune system.
  • Genome instability and mutation—rapidly changing their DNA to adapt.
  • Tumor-promoting inflammation—thriving in chronic inflammatory environments.

We take time to listen to your biology so that we can take a systematic, step-by-step approach to understanding each person’s cancer process. Our goal is not only to confirm whether cancer is present, but to learn:

  • How it behaves
  • How fast it’s growing
  • How it communicates
  • How does it receive nutrients to thrive
  • How it detoxifies
  • How it interacts with your body’s terrain

THIS is precision, functional medicine-based, integrative oncology, rooted in science, guided by data, and personalized to every individual.

Advanced testing for Cancer

Understanding why cancer happens is only half the journey. The next step is knowing how to identify cancer early and test intelligently.

One of the most powerful tools we use are the RGCC tests—a cutting-edge way of looking at the cancer terrain through blood testing.

These tests include:

  • RGCC Onco-D-clare is a cancer screening test designed to identify cancer even before the symptom’s onset–by analyzing the blood for cancer-associated gene expression of circulating tumor-like cells.
  • RGCC Oncotrace measures circulating tumor cells count—the little seeds in the bloodstream. This helps us understand metastatic potential, track treatment response, and detect minimal residual disease.
  • RGCC Onconomics Plus goes deeper. If a patient has a positive D-Clare + positive Oncotrace, then we reflex to this test. It functionally tests a patient’s live cancer cells against chemotherapy agents, targeted drugs, and even natural compounds. This shows us where the cancer resists, where it’s vulnerable, and how we can personalize treatment.
  • Imaging to consider: Prenuvo MRI, Thermography, Ultrasound (CT and PET Scan if necessary – but over recommended)

How We Approach Cancer Testing and Therapies

In this article, we continue our two-part blog series about Innovations in Cancer Care, by presenting how we identify cancer early, test intelligently, and design therapies that not only target the tumor —the seed —but also transform the soil —the body.

A completely personalized approach for every person

Armed with the knowledge of why cancer happens, and having the data from advanced RGCC testing, we are now able to design therapies that not only target the tumor (the seed), but transform the soil (the body).

THIS, is precision, functional medicine-based, integrative oncology, rooted in science, guided by data, and personalized to every individual.

The pillars of our integrative approach:
  1. Targeted Cytotoxic Therapies (“Kill-on-Contact” Agents): Directly attack and destroy cancer cells while minimizing harm to healthy cells.
  2. Immune Activation & Modulation: Cancer thrives when the immune system is distracted, suppressed, or exhausted. We work to retrain it.
  3. Metabolic & Pathway Inhibition: Cancer hijacks metabolic pathways (such as mTOR, PI3K, RAS, and EGFR). We block those signals and starve the tumor of its “fuel.”
  4. Ongoing Monitoring & Adaptive Rotation: Cancer is dynamic. Cancer is smart. It mutates and evolves. That’s why we rotate therapies regularly and retest using RGCC monitoring tools, such as Onco-D-clare and Oncotrace.
  5. Addressing Underlying Triggers, Terrain Rebuilding: If you don’t address the underlying issues, you can’t rebuild a healthy terrain. Our goal is to repair the “soil” that allowed cancer to take root.

Personalized, Integrative Therapies

  • Oral supplementation: Targeted nutrients and immune modulators. Specifically identified by the proper testing from RGCC.
  • Immune modulation and biological therapies: Such as Q-Restrain therapy/ Supportive Oligonucleotide Therapy (SOT), Dendritic cell therapy
  • Personalized chemotherapy and radiation: Dialed in based on testing and patient preferences.
Oxidative therapies: Such as EBOO & Ozone IVs and High Dose Vit C, Resveratrol and EGCG.
Nutritional, Herbal and Homeopathic IVs such as, High dose Vitamin C, IV Curcumin, IV Quercetin, IV Resveratrol, IV Methylene Blue, IV Artusunate, Mistletoe
  • Photodynamic IV therapy
  • Metabolic Glucose Blocking: Artesunate, Frankincense, DCA
Repurposed/Off-label drugs: such as LDN, Ivermectin, and Cholestyramine
  • Fucoidan, Medicinal Mushrooms
  • Peptides therapies: such as LL-37, Thymulin, TA1, PNC-27, SS-31, PN5
  • Drainage and detox support
  • Hormone balancing: Correcting disruptions that may fuel cancer growth.
  • Supporting cellular and mitochondrial health
  • Routine lab testing: Monthly and quarterly monitoring to track progress.
  • Personalized dietary guidance: To optimize metabolic health and support healing.

The Full Circle: From Testing to Healing the Terrain

Each test, therapy, and protocol we use at in2GREAT is designed not just to track or kill cancer cells, but to restore the internal terrain so that cancer cannot return or even grow in the first place.

Because when you repair the soil, the BAD-seed has nowhere to grow.

Whether you’re walking this path alongside conventional oncology or seeking an integrative, whole-person alternative, our mission is the same: to bring intelligence, compassion, and precision to cancer care, from early detection to long-term terrain restoration. When you understand the behavior and nature of this disease – it becomes much less threatening and scary – which in and of itself is a major ingredient in the recipe of remission and recovery. When operating in fear – that ingredient will ruin every recipe!

Cancer is smart, but so are we.

Our approach at in2GREAT is that cancer care isn’t just about fighting disease, it’s about restoring balance and rebuilding resilience to the body’s terrain, and reclaiming the body’s innate power to heal.
